About Law for Aid and Welfare (LAW)
Donate
The organization is in dire straits on account of the fact that the organization is run by students. The students have been funding the society from their limited pocket money. We would, therefore, appreciate whatever support possible in the form of donations or otherwise.
Our work is made possible through your generous support. Everyday, we at LAW act on a range of issues impacting the rights of the poor and marginalized. Using litigation, education, and publication to create awareness and fight against iolations of human rights, the focus remains on sustaining a network for immediate, effective and collective action.
Your contribution, however small will surely make a huge difference in the lives of many.
We are rights-based organizations and fight injustice by linking grassroots programming (through partner NGOs and volunteers) to local, national and global advocacy and policy-making. We work to address root causes of injustice in the areas of:
(1) Essential Services;
(2) Gender Justice;
(3) Human Rights Issues; and
(4) Humanitarian Response and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).
