To his credit he has written 13 books. He received the 1st Computer Excellence Award for Schools from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, former President of India in August 2002. He has been the former National President of All India Association of Catholic Schools (AINACS), New Delhi and the Charter President of Rotary Club of Orchid City Shillong. He received Guruvar Lifetime Best Teacher Award from Gems Foundation conferred by Shri. Kapil Sibal, HRD Minister at New Delhi in December 2009. He has many years of experience in the field of education and leadership training.​
